Istekki is looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Specialist for the social and healthcare (SOTE) environment. In this role, you will design and build data platforms where information is loaded, modeled, and stored. You will support data-driven decision-making by providing centralized and up-to-date information on organization operations, finance, customers, and the operating environment. The role involves creating reporting products such as situational pictures, forecasts, and metrics, specifically for wellbeing services counties according to national definitions. We value a willingness to learn, the ability to internalize new things quickly, and the courage to bring forward new perspectives. Experience in project work and knowledge of the social and healthcare industry is beneficial but not mandatory. The role requires strong written and oral Finnish language skills. Technical requirements include strong experience in data integration to data warehouses, data warehouse design, modeling, and documentation, as well as strong SQL skills. Proficiency in at least one of the following is expected: Azure data warehousing, Azure Data Factory, DataVault 2.0, Microsoft Fabric, Data Warehouse Automation (ADE), or Python. Understanding of agile development or DevOps mindsets is highly beneficial.
