Personal Assistant

We are seeking personal assistants to support clients in Hämeenlinna. The role involves home and out-of-home assistance for individuals in the disability services area, helping with daily tasks, hobbies, study support, and companionship. The job offers flexible hours, training on the job, and the chance to gain experience in care work. No specific professional training required, but qualifications are welcomed. Employment includes a collective agreement-based wage under TES for private social services, pay grade G15A. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, enabling independent living at home, and enabling meaningful everyday life in line with the client’s preferences. Applicants must be prepared to comply with health and safety requirements, including vaccination and TB screening, and will undergo background checks as required by law.
