Salesperson

The Ruohonjuuri Oulu store is seeking a versatile part-time sales assistant for a permanent position, working 10 hours per week. The role begins on 21 September 2026. Shifts follow the store hours: weekdays 10–20, Saturdays 10–18, Sundays 12–18. As a Salesperson you will be part of a close-knit team, delivering customer service and sales while handling daily in-store tasks. You will also participate in store upkeep such as shelf replenishment and presentation, ensuring a pleasant and coherent shop appearance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a responsible, trend-conscious environment. Your responsibilities include: delivering sales and customer service per Ruohonjuuri’s values, product display and shelving, keeping the store tidy, teamwork and shared responsibility for store operations. What we expect from you: customer-service orientation, good communication skills, experience in sales and customer service, interest in natural cosmetics, superfoods and wellness products, energetic and proactive attitude, willingness to perform in-store maintenance tasks, ability to adopt new methods and flexibility in varying situations, strong collaboration skills, and an eye for product presentation. You will speak fluent Finnish.
