Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a cheerful, solution-focused Customer Service Manager for our lunch restaurant Antell Gateway in Vantaa. The role combines front-of-house and kitchen knowledge, with responsibilities including customer service, preparing salads and hot side dishes, plating and displaying salads and deli items, cash handling, dishwashing, inventory, ordering ingredients, and other general restaurant tasks. You will work at the location and operate independently. The ideal candidate has suitable education and strong experience in similar roles, is customer- and sales-oriented, and is eager to contribute to developing the restaurant’s operations and service. You should have passion and vision for good food and service, customer-oriented and economical thinking, excellent interaction and collaboration with customers, and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-changing situations. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required; kitchen knowledge is a plus. Hygienic pass is required.
