We are seeking a Welder for a permanent daytime position in Kaarina. The job involves assembly and component welding in a machine shop. The main material is black iron, with occasional stainless steel and aluminum if experience and interest exist. Equipment includes MIG and TIG welding; pieces are handheld and can be individual pieces or short runs. The job is daytime, Monday to Friday. To succeed, you need a hot-work card, good Finnish language skills, common sense, welding expertise, and a proactive attitude. Certifications are not required to be valid, but you should be able to obtain them if needed. An advantage is aluminum welding experience, but the most important is your attitude. We value initiative, enthusiasm and a high work ethic. We support you with employment matters as needed. Starting pay in the role according to previous experience and skills is 14-17 €/h, and salary expectations will be taken into account.
