We are seeking an IT Service Manager for the Wellbeing Services County of Northern Ostrobothnia, with the initial placement in strategy, IT administration and digitalization. As the IT Service Manager of the wellbeing services county, you will ensure that our services operate with high quality and that the work of our professionals proceeds smoothly. Your work directly impacts our customers' service experience and the daily work of our professionals. As an IT Service Manager, you will coordinate continuous end-user services, such as workstations, printing, service desk, and on-site support, which enable our daily operations. Additionally, you are responsible for the development, administration, and operational plan of these services. In this role, you will work closely with the IT Director, other IT experts, and various stakeholders, managing procurement, budgets, and contracts for your area of responsibility, as well as monitoring supplier performance. Eligibility requirements: Suitable university degree or secondary vocational qualification. Good oral and written skills in both national languages of the country. A probationary period will be applied.
