As a project engineer, you will operate at the interface between property management leadership and operational activities, assisting and developing operations in cooperation with the entire team. You will be involved in creating a competitive operating model and utilizing existing experiences to win future projects. In this position, you will support the property manager and property managers, especially in preparing maintenance offers for life-cycle projects. You will be responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and development of property management systems and assist in reporting. In addition, you will support property and maintenance managers in administrative tasks, such as procurement, service tendering, and customer reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in property management development projects. What will help you succeed in the position: We are looking for a competent and motivated expert for property maintenance and life-cycle management tasks. Success in the position requires a Bachelor of Engineering (AMK) degree in construction or building services engineering or equivalent extensive practical experience in maintenance tasks. You have at least five years of work experience in building construction, property maintenance, or building services, and you are familiar with the functions and costs affecting property maintenance and life-cycle management. We expect strong IT skills and the ability to use digital tools to support your work. You work purposefully and process-like, grasp broad entities, and understand the overall economic effects of operations. You are innovative and solution-oriented, and can handle several simultaneous tasks and projects efficiently. You operate naturally as part of a team and have good interaction and negotiation skills. In addition, you communicate clearly in writing and are willing to continuously develop your skills. The position requires willingness to travel and the possibility of using your own car.
