About the role

**Become an Instructor in a permanent and open-ended employment relationship at Nuorisokoti Mäntylinna in Jyväskylä.** **Nuorisokoti Mäntylinna is a 6-place unit for youth aged 13–17 providing demanding institutional care as part of child welfare foster care. Our unit is located in Kukkumäki in the immediate vicinity of Nova Hospital and has excellent transport connections.** **As an Instructor, you will be comprehensively responsible for the multidisciplinary needs and challenges of clients requiring intensive support and professional expertise. The core idea of Mäntylinna is to implement services as an integrated whole in the best interest of the youth. Necessary services, such as meetings with a psychologist and child psychiatrist, are made available to each youth as part of the daily routine at Mäntylinna.** **A multidisciplinary team of 12 people works at Mäntylinna - you would be one of them. You will join a wonderful and professional work community. As an employer and colleagues, we promise to listen to you and help you develop. Instructors at Mäntylinna primarily work in three shifts.
