- Define and execute global Product Engineering & Quality strategy
- Own end-to-end product engineering, quality, and portfolio performance
- Lead and develop the global Product Engineering and Quality function
- Drive engineering and quality excellence across processes, technologies, and product lifecycle
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and budget management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, quality, R&D, product management or related field
- Experience leading complex global organizations with broad accountability for product portfolios, engineering, quality, reliability and customer outcomes
- Strong customer orientation and ability to translate insights into product and quality improvements
- Fluent written and spoken English
