Your duties include participating in home services and the operations of the library logistics center, as well as being responsible for the operations and customer service of the Sinetä library 2 days a week. A class B driver's license and the use of a private car are required for the job. The initial placement for the position is the Saarenkylä library. The work is in two shifts and may include evening and weekend shifts, as well as shifts at other Rovaniemi City Library branches. The eligibility requirement for the position is a vocational qualification in information and library services or another vocational basic qualification that includes, or in addition to which, at least 35 study weeks / 60 ECTS credits of studies in the library and information field have been completed. We value good interaction and customer service skills, initiative, and a flexible approach to work. You use various electronic service channels fluently in your work. The work begins on September 28, 2026, or by agreement. A six (6) month probationary period applies when filling the position. Remuneration and terms of employment are determined according to KVTES; the position-specific salary is according to salary class 2KIR60A1, 2500.12 euros/month, in addition to which a possible experience supplement according to KVTES is paid.
