Job Description

We are looking for a customer service coordinator for our reception team! At ImpressPoint, we have a top reception team. We are now seeking a customer service coordinator to join us as our current employee transitions to new roles within the company. As a customer service coordinator, you will be responsible for the correct and skilled staffing of our customer sites in various situations. You will move between customer sites and ensure that especially part-time staff have the best conditions to succeed in their work. You will develop our team and the operations of our sites in collaboration with the rest of the team. You will be responsible for the supervisory work of our part-time staff. You will ensure the availability, skills, and development of our part-time personnel. You will guide, organize, and support the team daily. Ensuring shift planning is a key part of your role. You will manage shifts and plan staff vacations together with the team. You will also ensure proper staffing at customer sites during special, peak, and exceptional situations. You will participate in identifying recruitment needs, recruiting part-time employees, and planning and implementing onboarding for new employees. If necessary, you will also work at our customer sites. You will monitor and develop site operations through regular visits and promote our team’s practices and well-being.
