HSE Supervisor

HSE Supervisor Bravida Large Scale & Technology Projects seeks multiple HSE Supervisors for demanding industrial construction and installation projects. Safety is the top priority. A strong on-site team monitors safety compliance, directs personnel, and ensures work meets safety, environmental, and quality requirements. We are hiring about six (6) HSE Supervisors, each with their own area of responsibility. Your role as HSE Supervisor will be to oversee safe work on-site, guide staff, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. Requirements include strong site-safety experience in industrial, energy, infrastructure or construction projects, ability to be visible on site, experience with safety rounds, audits, and risk assessments, good collaboration skills, fluent Finnish with English considered a plus, and relevant education. Nice-to-haves include: safety training certificates, hot-work and material handling certifications, chemical/environmental safety knowledge, experience with international projects.
