About the role In your work, you will install and maintain air source heat pumps in the capital region and elsewhere in the Uusimaa region. Your workday consists of installing new devices, performing maintenance, and working at customer sites. Sites vary from detached houses to housing companies. Depending on your experience and the task, you will work either as a partner to a more experienced installer or independently. You will receive an orientation for the tasks and support from the team in situations that are still new to you. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility for your work from start to finish. You keep the customer updated, handle the work carefully, and leave a clean end result. At the customer's home or housing company site, you are the company's calling card in addition to your role as an installer. Therefore, the person who will succeed best in this job is someone who, in addition to technical skills, has a good customer service attitude and a desire to do their job properly. What we expect from you - Refrigerant license granted by Tukes, qualification class I - Valid B-class driver's license - Technical skills and interest in the heat pump industry - Customer-oriented and responsible work ethic - Desire to learn new things and develop your skills Previous experience in installing air source heat pumps is considered an advantage, but you do not need to be a long-term installer. You could be, for example, a refrigeration specialist at the beginning of your career with the necessary permits and good potential to develop in the role.
