Building Supervisor

We are looking for Building Supervisors for full-time, permanent employment contracts at a data center located in Hamina. We may also select part-time building supervisors to substitute for permanent building supervisors, especially during holiday periods. Customer service, a positive attitude and commitment to work play a central role in succeeding in the job. The Building Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of their own data center building, acting under the shift supervisor as the closest superior to the guards. The person selected for the position is required to have a brisk attitude towards work as well as organizational, observation and problem-solving skills. Your tasks as a building supervisor include, among others: - Orientation of guards and ensuring competence - Diverse customer service situations - Organization and supervision of the tasks of your own data center facility We require from you: - Valid guard card - Clean background - Good oral and written skills in Finnish and English - Ability to do shift work - Positive attitude and commitment to work We consider as an advantage: - Knowledge of Google Workspace - Previous experience in supervisory positions - Previous work experience and training in the security sector, especially in security inspection tasks - Previous experience in guidance or orientation The salary for the positions is based on the security industry's TES level IV + task-specific supplement (€62.98/month).
