We are seeking for SOS Children's Villages Donor Experience Engagement Specialists What are we looking for? We are seeking donor experience engagement specialists for a permanent hourly employment contract. The possibility of a fixed-term contract is also available. As a tele-fundraiser, you will promote children's rights by acquiring new supporters and engaging them as donors. The work consists of calling prospective and current donors. Your goal is to conduct impactful fundraising, acquiring new supporters and ensuring that our current supporters have the best possible experience interacting with us. The job is suitable, for example, alongside studies. You can work remotely and at our office in Vallila, Helsinki. We hope for the possibility of working at our office. Shifts are at least four hours long between 15:00 and 20:00. You can work 3-5 days a week from Monday to Friday, totaling 12-20 hours per week. What do we expect from you? We require good oral Finnish language skills, good communication skills over the phone, and a minimum age of 18. We expect commitment to our organization's values as well as experience in fundraising or sales. You have an active and self-directed approach to work, good interaction and teamwork skills, and a desire to develop in your role. What do we offer?
