Data Center Security Guard

We are seeking local security guards for a data center environment in Hamina, Finland, for permanent part-time positions. The international site offers an engaging environment to learn and take on new tasks. You will play a key role in meeting our client's professional standards and service attitude. Responsibilities include security rounds, unlocking doors, escort duties and other guarding tasks. We provide comprehensive training, and post-training, you will have the support of a close supervisor. The workplace culture emphasizes friendliness, wellbeing, and fair treatment. The role is shift-based, typically 8- or 12-hour shifts. What we value: customer-oriented, proactive attitude; previous customer service experience; good communication skills and reliability; willingness to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Nice-to-haves: other language skills; prior security or training in safety, particularly checkpoint duties; active security guard card is beneficial but training will be provided if needed; familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet). Successful candidates will undergo a medical check including drug testing. Pay corresponds to the security sector TES level III.
