VAKEn Organizing Support team is seeking a curious and analytical information professional to act as a Specialist. The unit's primary mission is to ensure the success of the wellbeing area's organizing tasks, specifically through production method analyses and service chain analyses, as well as developing wellbeing area-level functions and processes. Production method analyses are data-driven studies examining service organization, production, impact, and development opportunities. As a Specialist, you will implement production method and service chain analyses, collect and interpret data from various sources, and prepare development proposals in collaboration with other experts. You will participate in the renewal of services and operating models, produce clear conclusions and recommendations to support decision-making, and develop new solutions based on the needs of customers and the organization. The work is conducted in close cooperation with social and health care sectors to provide strategic insight and identify future opportunities and risks. The role requires a higher university degree and the ability to interpret tables and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear summaries. Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel, is essential. Experience in data collection and analysis, Python coding for data analysis, and knowledge of the social and health care sector are considered advantages. The position is a permanent, full-time employment starting September 21, 2026, or as agreed.
