</div><div><ul><li data-end="1726" data-start="1502" data-section-id="za3699">Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)) or a degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification</li><li data-end="1859" data-start="1727" data-section-id="mikycu">Experience in construction management or supervision of mechanical systems, ideally in industrial or plant construction projects</li><li data-end="1979" data-start="1860" data-section-id="v6iyr5">Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards is an advantage</li><li data-end="2115" data-start="1980" data-section-id="lt6zqh">Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to work on-site during project assignments</li><li data-end="2229" data-start="2116" data-section-id="1res8s4">Intercultural competence, team spirit, and an independent working style</li><li data-end="2343" data-start="2230" data-section-id="x7ozf1">Very good German and good English language skills for communication with international and local stakeholders</li><li data-end="2423" data-start="2344" data-section-id="d7hc2a">Valid German driver’s license Class B</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:18px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Contact:</b></H2>
