Job Details
Responsibilities
- Managing the team and ensuring a good work atmosphere
- Organizing and supervising the production process to ensure the highest quality and efficiency
- Cooperating with Planning and Maintenance to optimize production
- Ensuring team safety and compliance with WHS regulations
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting results
- Implementing 6S standards and improving production processes
Requirements
- Experience in leading a production team (team leader, shift supervisor, coordinator)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Computer literacy and knowledge of production systems
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and English
