MassageILO is seeking a customer-oriented and professional TRAINED MASSAGE THERAPIST for a subcontracting gig (independent entrepreneur/sole proprietor). The company has an established, loyal and broad customer base and, due to growing demand, wants to add a new, active, full-time team member to fill the calendar and our beautiful premises. The role includes readiness to work evenings and weekend shifts as part of the subcontracting agreement, as there is high demand for these times with our clients. The position is well suited for an already operating entrepreneur or a trained masseur starting their career who wants to commit to full-time work in a ready-made setup. Initiative, reliability and a warm customer-service mindset. Willingness to work evenings and weekends according to client demand. A valid sole proprietorship (or willingness to establish one before starting) and professional liability insurance. Knowledge of hot stone therapy and essential oil blends or a true eagerness to learn them, as they are popular add-on services with VAT exemption. Proficiency in Finnish (oral and written): our client base consists largely of Finnish-speaking regular customers and pensioners, so good Finnish language skills are required.
