Primary location: ROVANIEMI SHIFT MANAGER Lapinmaa Restaurants: Rosso, Coffee House, and Uitto Pub We are seeking a shift manager for our supervisory team in a permanent or fixed-term employment contract (90 h/3 weeks) to work in our three restaurants. The position starts in October. The restaurants are located in the heart of Rovaniemi on Maakuntakatu. As a shift manager, you need an inspiring and energetic attitude to lead your team daily toward better results. Your work is diverse: you are responsible for the smooth operation of the shift and the overall management of three interesting concepts. You organize shift operations efficiently, handle daily tasks, and invest in staff well-being and skill development. As a shift manager, you are responsible for implementing and ensuring suggestive selling and customer satisfaction, as well as guiding and developing daily operations.
