Sales Manager - Solidea Oy - Vantaa, Finland

Lasimyynti Tammela is a full-service glass wholesale company that manufactures and sells precisely crafted, ready-to-install glass elements. Our customers include glass shops, construction and renovation companies, and private clients across Finland. Production, retail, and exhibition spaces are located in Tikkurila, Vantaa. The company's strategy is to increase wholesale sales, which is why we are recruiting a glass industry professional for the role of Sales Manager. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers and selling our specialized glass products, such as: active customer contact, product presentations, quotation preparation, order reception, procurement of parts (handles, trims, etc.), management of deliveries and logistics, development of sales and marketing. You will receive a permanent employment contract in a financially stable and reputable company, thorough onboarding and support from industry professionals, the opportunity to develop glass sales to a new level, 3,000–4,000 € / month plus potential sales bonuses, occupational health and insurance benefits. Requirements include at least a university of applied sciences (AMK) level education, knowledge of the glass industry, experience in customer service and B2B sales, fluent written and spoken Finnish and English, good IT skills. Preferred but not mandatory are additional language skills, knowledge of the construction industry, CAD, image editing, and web skills. You can succeed in this role if you are a good and versatile communicator, recognize customer needs, are motivated primarily by good results, are self-driven and proactive, want to develop and improve operations.
