Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a professional early childhood education teacher for a fixed-term contract (24.8.2026-31.5.2027) for the 3-5-year-olds group at Saarenputa daycare center to join our committed work community. We employ a group of professionals passionate about developing early childhood education, and we are now looking for further reinforcement. As an expert in early childhood education pedagogy, your task is to promote children's growth, development, and learning in cooperation with your team and guardians. You will educate and teach children and promote their well-being. You will develop pedagogical activities in accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act and the foundations of the early childhood education plan. You will focus on working methods and assessment methods that promote inclusion. We require early childhood education teacher qualifications in accordance with Section 26 or the transitional provision of Section 75 of the Early Childhood Education Act 540/2018. Additionally, team responsibility (€58.57) and qualification supplements are considered separately in the salary. The employer has a statutory right to request and receive a certificate regarding a drug test. The position has a four (4) month probationary period.
