The QS Graduate, based in Europe, will play a key role in supporting the cost management team by preparing estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects across the region. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, graduation between 2025-2026, strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Support in the measurement and valuation of works (both on-site and from drawings)
- Participate in cost control and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Assist with procurement processes, including preparing bills of quantities and tender evaluations
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and opportunities
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project-related activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Graduation between 2025-2026
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of QS software is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the construction sector
