The QS Graduate, based in Europe, will play a key role in supporting the cost management team by preparing estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects across the region. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents; supporting in the measurement and valuation of works; participating in cost control and financial reporting; assisting with procurement processes; monitoring project progress; liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients; maintaining records; and ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, graduation between 2025-2026, strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Support in the measurement and valuation of works (both on-site and from drawings)
- Participate in cost control and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Assist with procurement processes, including preparing bills of quantities and tender evaluations
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and opportunities
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project-related activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Graduation between 2025-2026
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of QS software is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the construction sector
