Responsibilities
- Implement regional action plans to reach and exceed annual targets; gain market share and meet KPIs
- Identify challenges and co-create solutions with lab professionals and hospital management
- Manage 360° stakeholders with lab staff and hospital areas (purchasing, finance, hospital management)
- Coordinate internal collaboration to ensure labs receive equipment and reagents after agreements
- Develop deep knowledge of Specialty Portfolio; deliver high-impact product demonstrations
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or degree in Health Sciences or healthcare sector experience
- Experience in laboratory technician role or technical teaching/training beneficial
- Strong strategic mindset and influence capability
- Spanish language proficiency; English knowledge valued
- Residence in La Rioja or Navarra
