Service Manager

Hankkija's machinery trade is responsible for the sale of tractors, combine harvesters, work machinery, and property machinery, as well as the aftermarket for machinery. Maintenance and repair operations, as well as the sale of spare parts and accessories, are an essential part of the machinery trade. The Hankkija chain's service workshops are located in Kouvola, Kempele, Hyvinkää, Turku, and Salo. We are now looking for SERVICE MANAGER to be responsible for the operations of the Turku and Salo service workshops. We maintain and repair our customers' tractors and agricultural machinery, ranging from skid steer loaders to combine harvesters. At the service workshops, we work with advanced technology, for example, related to automatic steering and precision farming solutions. The brands we service include Claas, Amazone, Trioliet, Väderstad, Krone, Norcar, and Kubota, as well as other top brands in the field. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and organization of the service workshops' work and ensure the high-quality implementation of maintenance and repair work according to agreed schedules. The Service Manager's role is a versatile combination including service management, receiving and delivering work, and maintaining contact with customers. Your duties also include maintaining customer relationships and offering maintenance services to customers in the region. Your team consists of four fitters working in Turku and two in Salo. In this independent role, you will be supported by your own supervisor, as well as service managers from other workshops, our skilled fitters, and our service manager.
