OX2 Finland is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to manage our client’s wind power and other renewable energy assets. You will be part of the commercial management team and will work to ensure long-term and efficient growth in asset management. The position is open for several locations in Finland. Your main responsibilities include acting as the customer manager for asset owners, developing long-term relationships, ensuring efficient operation of assets, managing contracted services, leading procurement and contract renegotiations, budgeting and planning activities, and participating in sales of additional services. You will work closely with the site management, accounting, and reporting teams, and coordinate with authorities and local stakeholders. You should have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience, higher education in technical and/or commercial/contractual focus, and good English and Finnish language skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities to project manage a high-quality delivery are essential.

Responsibilities
- Be the customer manager (main point of contact) for asset owners
- Coordinate communication with asset owners and stakeholders
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure efficient operation of assets in collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Manage contracted services and lead procurement and renegotiations
- Coordinate and manage technical investigations
- Plan, budget and follow up on activities in the assets
- Participate in sales activities of additional services
Requirements
- Higher education with technical and/or commercial/contractual focus
- 3+ years of work experience in similar tasks
- Experience from energy or wind industry is an advantage
- Good language proficiency in English and Finnish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills including Excel and SharePoint
