Soil investigator / driller and diamond driller for permanent employment in the Helsinki metropolitan area We are seeking a soil investigator / driller for ground investigation sites and a rock sample driller for diamond drilling for our client, Taratest Oy, for permanent positions. Taratest Oy is a strongly growing and international consulting firm in the infrastructure and construction sector, employing approximately 250 specialists. The company's services mainly consist of geo-design, soil and rock investigations, earthworks and aggregate production services, as well as versatile environmental investigations. The soil investigator's work area is focused on the Helsinki metropolitan area, but projects are implemented throughout Finland as needed. The work involves geotechnical investigations using a drilling rig, so an interest in heavy equipment and machinery is beneficial. Tasks include weight, press-hammer, wing, CPTU, and drill rig drilling, as well as sampling. In the rock sample driller's role, the work focuses on diamond drilling and rock sampling. The job requires a careful and independent approach and a willingness to work in field conditions. Since a drilling rig is used as a tool, daily work also includes taking care of the equipment's condition and performing minor on-site repairs. A separate maintenance team is responsible for actual servicing and more extensive equipment maintenance. We expect previous experience in soil investigations, drilling, and sampling. We value a proactive and hands-on working style and the ability to work independently. The job requires willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license. A Class C license is considered an advantage. SGY qualification is also a plus, but the qualification can be obtained during employment. To support independent work, you will have a skilled project team with whom you will be in regular contact. Work begins as soon as possible according to the agreement. Palkkaus: Palkka määräytyy tehtävässä infra-alan TES:n mukaan. Työntekijän osaamista vastaavasta palkkaryhmästä riippuen palkkahaitari tehtävässä on 14,66-18,17 €/h.
