Job Description
Revvity is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Coordinator to join its corporate contracts team. The position will be based in Waltham, MA or Hopkinton, MA, with remote work arrangements to be considered. The Contracts Coordinator will support the North America/Canada commercial team for Revvity’s Life Sciences & Diagnostics business units, providing support for all aspects of the sales contracting process. Responsibilities include monitoring, assigning, completing and tracking contracts requests, completing vendor questionnaires, maintaining contract documentation, reviewing and preparing RFPs and RFIs, assisting in contract review and negotiation, coordinating cross-functional teams, responding to contract inquiries, and providing administrative support. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or Coordinator, or an Associate's degree with four years of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred skills include project management, communication, organization, independence, and initiative. The salary range is $62,000 - $75,000.
