We are seeking a skilled welder for industrial custom work in the Paraisten area. The job involves welding for customers' orders and manufacturing various metal structures as per drawings and instructions. The role is varied and includes welding of different materials and uses; experience with plastic welding is a plus. The position is permanent and full-time, with day shifts Monday–Friday on a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include MIG/MAG welding and fabrication of various metal structures, manufacturing custom parts per drawings and work instructions, handling different metal materials and welding, and, when needed, assembly/finishing tasks and plastic welding. Requirements include practical MIG/MAG welding experience, ability to work independently and carefully, the ability to read drawings, willingness to perform varied custom work, Finnish language skills to understand work instructions and safety matters, valid safety card and hot-work permit, and suitable education (e.g., sheet metal welder, machine and metal trades basic qualification).
