We are looking for an Analytics Manager to join Wolt’s Courier and Logistics Analytics team! What you’ll be doing As an Analytics Manager at Wolt, you’ll take charge of the Courier and Logistics domain, balancing hands-on analytics work with people management responsibilities. Experience in pricing and/or supply management domains would be a significant advantage. You will have the opportunity to… - Lead and grow a team of data scientists - Set the strategic direction for analytical work within the Courier and Logistics domain - Establish a solid data and experimentation culture with your Product and operational stakeholders - Coach your team and participate hands-on in developing new metrics and conducting analytical deep dives to drive the strategy for the business - Uncover foundational causal relationships in our data that can help us to understand our business - Drive strategic decision-making within the whole Courier Group This role combines scientific expertise with stakeholder engagement, placing you at the forefront of driving business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to guide measurement strategies and tactical decisions, helping to expand the Wolt platform globally. Our humble expectations - 6+ years of experience in a data science or analytics position - 2+ years of experience in team leadership* with some flexibility depending on the candidate - Expertise in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, experimentation, and regression analysis using statistical software packages in Python, Matlab, R, or equivalent - Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large data sets - Relentless pursuit of new ideas and data sources, and have the ability to systematically tackle ambiguous problems with a data-driven, hypothesis-based approach What we offer The online delivery platform that Wolt is scaling will offer you interesting and complex challenges, together with the opportunities to create a big impact with your skills.
