We are looking for three waiters/waitresses at Kuusamon Tropiikki for the winter season! Candidate profile We are looking for energetic and customer-service-oriented waiters/waitresses to work at Kuusamon Tropiikki in Kuusamo. We hope you have previous experience in waiting staff roles, but extensive work experience is not required – the most important things are a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Success in this role requires a good service mindset, ability to cooperate, and readiness to work in various restaurant tasks. Job responsibilities Your duties include serving customers, taking orders, floor work in the buffet restaurant, maintaining table cleanliness, and other daily waiter tasks. You will work as part of a pleasant restaurant team where high-quality customer service and smooth cooperation are key. We hope for: * Previous experience in waiting staff roles * Positive customer service attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Energetic and responsible work ethic * Liquor license (anniskelupassi) is an advantage, but not mandatory * Proficiency in Finnish or English – English-speaking applicants are welcome Employment Work begins by agreement on November 13, 2026, and the employment is fixed-term until the end of March 2027, covering the entire winter season. Work is available at 75 hours / 3 weeks. The hourly wage is 14–16 euros, plus collective agreement bonuses and 9% holiday compensation.
