We are looking for friendly and engaged candidates to join the Dutch/Flemish speaking team of our Bulgarian client. You can work from home in Bulgaria, whether you already live there or relocate with the support of the employer. Multiple positions are available: Customer Service Representative (handling Dutch/Flemish customers via phone, email and social media), Sales Agent (more sales-oriented customer service), and Technical Helpdesk Agent (assisting customers with technical issues via phone, email and chat). Training will provide you with tools to answer questions and resolve problems. Full onboarding in Bulgaria is provided, including equipment like a headset and laptop. If you do not yet have permanent housing, temporary accommodation in Sofia is arranged and paid until you find a long-term home. Part-time work (20-30 hours per week) is also possible. A relocation package is offered for those moving to Bulgaria. You will need fluent Dutch or Flemish and good knowledge of English; the employer supports relocation, including flight and temporary housing. Start date is flexible within the offer window and you will join a dynamic international team. What you get: gross monthly salary between €1546 - €1869 plus the possibility of a performance bonus; immediate permanent contract; assistance with administration (banking, taxes, health insurance); opportunities for professional growth and pension plan.
