What you’ll do As a Junior Trainee, you’ll gain practical experience in the daily operations of an international business law firm. You’ll get to see different areas of business law and develop your skills through a variety of tasks. If you’re in your first or second year of law school, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The role is part-time (approximately 1–3 days per week), making it easy to combine with your studies. Working alongside other Junior Trainees, you’ll support our business services teams, trainees and lawyers in delivering excellent client experience and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your tasks will include, for example: Running errands and handling mail; Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with events; Supporting to take care of the reception and switchboard operations; Printing, scanning, and preparing documents and materials. About you We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll do well in this role if you: Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team; Can adapt to a variety of tasks and changing priorities; Have a service-minded approach and bring a helpful and positive attitude; Communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.
