Member of Engineering (Post-training) - poolside - Remote - Global

As part of our Applied Research team, you will work on turning pre-trained large language models into well-aligned, highly capable AI systems for coding and software development. Responsibilities include building data pipelines, researching algorithms, designing experiments, and coding. The role requires experience with large language models, deep learning, transformers, and programming in Python with PyTorch or Jax.
