More information at www.polkky.com We are seeking for our Kajaani production plant A FOREMAN for a permanent employment contract. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and quality-compliant operation of the dryer and heat production, production steering, daily management of your team and work organization, as well as the management of personnel resources. Additionally, you will have primary responsibility for coordinating and developing energy production and drying. You are able to organize daily work in a changing environment while maintaining control. You see the larger goal in the background and approach work development enthusiastically and purposefully. You have good interaction, cooperation, and professional life skills, as well as stress tolerance, organizational skills, and decision-making ability.
