As a Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic agenda for PeB. You will drive the development of PeB’s strategic direction and support execution of high impact initiatives, working closely with the PeB Leadership Team. You will be interacting with key stakeholders in country organizations and Nordic units, be exposed to senior management settings, solving complex and interesting problems and much more. You will strengthen our team by driving key initiatives, developing and delivering first-class decision materials underpinned by excellent analysis and stakeholder management. Main responsibilities in this role: - Develop high-quality analyses of market, customer and competitor dynamics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to support leadership decisions on complex and strategic topics - Translate complex topics into clear, impactful communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders - Contribute to the design, scoping and execution of high-impact initiatives working closely with business leaders to ensure delivery - Contribute to strategic direction by identifying market trends and emerging developments, actively shaping the strategic agenda and forward-looking priorities. - Work hands-on with large and complex datasets to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and prioritization - Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs and follow-up structures to track progress and support decision-making - Cultivate collaboration with teams across the value chain to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers and the Group - Act as an ambassador for PeB and build internal and external network to spark innovation, creative problem-solving and execution and contribute to business fora and networks representing Nordea - Inspire and energise team members through a positive, high-energy approach, fostering open dialogue by actively sharing knowledge and seeking feedback across the team and with stakeholders to drive personal as well as team development You will report to the Head of Personal Banking Office. The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm, or Oslo.
