Security Guard

We are looking for local security guards to operate in demanding security tasks for our high-security client in Vantaa. In this interesting local guarding assignment, you will be able to utilize your professional skills effectively, but you will also learn a lot of new things and develop your expertise further. Shifts are between Monday and Saturday from 6 AM to 10 PM. You will receive a good orientation for your task as well as the support of professional colleagues and the unit's management organization. Compensation is according to the Guarding Industry TES level 5 (2439-2617e). In addition, we pay new employees a commitment bonus after 8 months of employment (500e). Qualifications: We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of work experience in security tasks. We hope that you have previously worked with local guarding and have a good command of the related tasks and systems. Security-related degrees are considered an advantage, but versatile expertise in local guard work or security check tasks will also support you in your role. In your work, you will need fluent Finnish and English language skills. Operating in the position requires a valid guard card, completed training in the use of force, security check training, an occupational safety card, and an EA1 card. However, the lack of training is not an obstacle to selection, as we train everything if necessary. The selection process also includes a personnel security clearance.
