Agricultural Worker

Karjalan Sarka Oy is seeking an agricultural worker for Luumäki. The farm focuses on hoisting and free-range cattle production with an emphasis on organic farming, soil health, and biodiversity. The role involves practical farm duties across animals, buildings, and machinery, with responsibility for own tasks. Responsibilities include animal care and grazing work, fencing construction and maintenance, various building and repair tasks, fieldwork and machine operation, and, when possible, machine maintenance and repairs. During the grazing season, working with animals is a key part of the job. The ideal candidate works independently, takes initiative, and is reliable, with prior farming experience considered an asset. Experience with machinery and basic repairs is advantageous. Proficiency in Finnish is important to enable independent work and safe animal handling. The workplace is year-round and full-time with weekday-focused schedules and some flexibility. Salary is 13–17 €/hour based on skill and experience. Driving license and own car are required. Location: Luumäki municipality area, near Taavetti.
