About the role

Relief staff for the Head and Neck Center outpatient clinics, wards, operating rooms, and recovery room Are you an experienced registered nurse? Do you seek variety in your workdays, are you eager to learn, and willing to develop new things with us? We are looking for additional relief staff with expertise in surgery and anesthesia, as well as personnel to work day shifts in outpatient clinics and two-shift rotations on our wards. We are seeking two REGISTERED NURSES to join our relief staff in various units of the Head and Neck Center. The purpose of the relief staff is to cover sudden absences of nurses, thereby securing daily operations and patient access to care. We offer daily variety in workstations and tasks. Relief staff activities are coordinated daily and continuously developed. We have a wide range of work opportunities where you can expand your expertise: Ophthalmology outpatient clinics, ward, surgery and anesthesia department, and day surgery. Ophthalmology treats various eye diseases and injuries, and performs procedures such as eye surgery. You will work in various Ophthalmology units at the new Tammi Hospital. Joint ward for Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, various outpatient clinics, surgery and anesthesia department, and day surgery. We work extensively with ENT and oral and maxillofacial surgery patients, and handle urgent cases through our own clinic. Currently, we operate in the Surgical Hospital and the Meilahti area. We hope the applicant has previous experience in the care of surgical patients. You can join us from various backgrounds, such as surgical departments, outpatient clinics, or wards. The main thing is that you want to expand your expertise and are interested in varied work.
