PCB Designer

We are seeking a PCB designer/hardware expert to strengthen our hardware team in Tampere. The role centers on schematic and PCB design, board maintenance, testing electronics, and pushing solutions forward in close collaboration with product development. You will influence how IGL's charging and energy-management technology is developed, tested and improved in products used in real customer environments. The position combines new design with development of existing solutions and practical testing and validation. Initially you will acquaint yourself with the products through hands-on work, and as responsibilities grow you will participate more in PCB design, maintenance of designs, component choices, and development practices. There is space for your own viewpoint: you can influence design tools, libraries, documentation and version control practices.
