We are currently seeking an energetic and proactive cleaner for our client to join a functional team in Espoo and Tampere. In this role, you will not be under constant supervision; instead, you will have the responsibility and freedom to manage your work independently. This position is suitable for you if you enjoy being active, value a tidy result, and handle your tasks conscientiously from start to finish. Work begins as agreed, and the possibility of continued employment is based on your skills, experience, and work ethic. What does the job involve? You will work independently in your own area in Espoo or Tampere. The work mainly consists of stairwell cleaning in quiet apartment buildings and condominiums. The days are clear and practical, and you will perform work where your own efficiency, thoroughness, and accountability are directly reflected in the end result. Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage, but the most critical factors are the right attitude and the ability to work independently. You will receive appropriate orientation for the role, so you can get started well with basic skills and strong motivation. Job details * Working hours: 7:00–15:00 or 8:00–16:00 * Working hours: at least 30 h / week, possibility to increase to full-time * Workdays: Monday to Friday as agreed * Salary: Real Estate Services Collective Agreement (TES) based on experience (starting at approx. 12.26 €/h + 9 % = 13.36 €/h, including holiday pay) What do we expect from you?
