Sales Assistant

We are seeking a store-based salesperson for our client Kattokeskus in the Uusimaa region. The position is full-time and mainly during day hours, with occasional evening visits to customers. Kattokeskus delivers top-quality roof services with their own installers and high standards. New employees receive onboarding and integration into the team, and experienced roof specialists share knowledge. As skills grow, more responsibility and process improvements are offered. Your work involves active field sales, meeting new people daily, assessing roof conditions, and proposing suitable solutions. Customer acquisition happens by phone, door-to-door, and occasionally at stands and trade shows. With experience, you will receive ready-made leads. Key strengths are proactivity, goal orientation, and willingness to meet customers face-to-face. Previous sales or construction industry experience is advantageous, but the right attitude, social skills, and eagerness to learn are most important. A driving license is required, and communication with customers is mainly in Finnish. You will have the freedom to sell in your own style and a competitive compensation package: base salary 1,000 €/mo, average commission 750 €/sale, typically 5-7 roof renovations per month averaging about 6,000 €/mo, no cap on commissions.
