Practical nurse

We are seeking a practical nurse for Tuusula home care northern team for a parental leave period. In home care you will perform diverse work independently but with team support. Your duties include planning customer‑centered care, independent execution and evaluation. You will be supported by a multi‑disciplinary and collaborative team. There is close cooperation with other home care teams in the region and with the teams supporting discharge and assessment, and we work responsibly and help each other across areas when needed. The night shifts are in morning and evening, including weekends. We plan shifts with customer orientation and flexibly with the team. We provide comprehensive orientation and a competent working community, and the job offers opportunity to contribute to developing home care operations. We strongly utilize technology as part of patient care.
