The role involves working in an agile, hybrid environment, building relationships across the innovation ecosystem, and supporting emerging technologies in energy transition and industrial decarbonization. Qualifications include 5+ years in industrial R&D, a degree in engineering or related fields, strong communication skills in English, and experience with research collaborations. Knowledge of energy systems, power electronics, microgrids, and emerging fuel technologies is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally up to 20-30%.
