We are now looking for a Site Manager for electrical substation projects. Your place of employment will be Vantaa, Turku, or Kuopio, but we operate nationwide, so you will also travel as part of your work and work on assigned sites. In the role of Site Manager, you will act responsibly in connection with your assigned electrical substation sites. Your independent job description includes the following tasks, among others: - responsibility for the daily operation and supervision of the site - management of electrical installation work (installation work also includes mechanical installations) - management of the subcontracting network - responsibility for personnel, quality, and occupational safety - tendering of procurements, sales, and quotation calculation - creating, maintaining, and developing customer and supplier relationships - guiding electrical design and participating in design projects. To succeed in the position, we hope you have: - experience in electrical installation work, work management, and supervision - expertise in project work and the ability to manage large entities - a goal-oriented and solution-focused approach to work - good cooperation and interaction skills - suitable education for the field (e.g., electrical engineer or technician). Experience in infrastructure construction is considered an advantage. A Class B driver's license and willingness to travel are prerequisites for success in the position.
