VIP Coordinator

Finavia is an airport company that manages and develops 20 airports in Finland. We are looking for a VIP Coordinator for a permanent position at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. As a VIP Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth and first-class travel experience of international VIP and meeting customers as well as distinguished guests of the Finnish state. You also take care of the practical arrangements for meetings and events, as well as the preparation and cleaning of VIP facilities and catering. You are responsible for coordinating the VIP customer's passenger journey from arrival to departure, ensuring that the service is high-quality, smooth and considers the customer's needs. To succeed in the position, you have excellent customer service, interaction and communication skills as well as fluent Finnish and English language skills. We value experience in, for example, hotel, restaurant, event, meeting service or aviation environments. The position requires a proactive approach, the ability to act independently in varying situations, flexibility and a desire to produce high-quality customer experiences. A B-driver's license is required. The work is shift work and shifts can be located around the clock every day of the year. To thrive in the position, you enjoy varying situations, act naturally with different people and maintain a calm, professional approach even in a hurry. The person selected for the position will undergo a basic security clearance and drug testing, as well as a PeTH test measuring heavy alcohol consumption for security-critical tasks. According to Finavia's remuneration system, the employee's monthly salary consists of a salary part according to the demandingness of the task and a salary part based on personal performance. The monthly salary in this position, including the personal performance part, is typically at the beginning 2700-3100 e, depending on the applicant's work experience and expertise.
