We are looking for a site supervisor for a construction site located in Nummela, Vihti, for a permanent monthly salaried employment relationship. The work is mainly day work, but we require readiness for three-shift work. The remuneration for the task is security industry TES level IV (PKS) and a site-specific supplement. We expect a flexible and good customer service attitude as well as excellent interaction and cooperation skills from our employees. You can gain the customer's trust with your strong professional skills and you have situational awareness and responsiveness when facing challenging tasks. We require previous experience in supervisory positions and a genuine desire to develop as a security professional. You are able to serve the customer in English and Finnish, orally and in writing. The work of a site supervisor includes field and office work, customer meetings, substituting for the shift supervisor, and planning in cooperation with the customer and supervisors. Work is done both indoors and outdoors, on foot and by car. Arriving at the work site with your own vehicle is essential due to the location of the site. Being selected for the position requires the customer's approval.
