The airport restaurants offer tasty meals as well as cafe and bar services. Ahkio's menus reflect the seasons of Lapland, featuring classic dishes as well as international cuisine with a local twist. The airport is a busy and unique work environment where you will meet diverse customers and utilize your language skills daily. The restaurant is part of the international SSP Finland Oy. We are seeking a kitchen assistant for the 2026-2027 winter season. As a kitchen assistant, you will perform supportive tasks in the kitchen and restaurant, including the preparation of sandwiches and display products, as well as dishwashing. Work is available from mid-November to the end of February, with an average of 90h/3 weeks. Salary will be negotiated based on your experience and skills, following the collective agreement for the travel and restaurant industry. Please note that a private car is nearly essential for commuting, as public transport does not operate according to all working hours. We can assist with finding accommodation in Rovaniemi for the duration of the employment if needed.
