We are looking for a **Digital and AI Project Specialist** to help turn ideas into impactful digital services and smarter ways of working. You will drive digital projects from concept to launch, working closely with business, marketing, e-commerce, IT, and external partners — and help explore how AI can create value across Reima's digital ecosystem. This role focuses on transforming business needs into reliable, scalable AI-driven solutions—balancing innovation with robustness, data quality, and responsible use of AI. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building, guiding, and operationalizing AI to create practical impact. **What you will do** · Plan, coordinate, and manage digital development projects from idea to launch · Translate business needs into clear project plans, requirements, and user stories · Contribute to Reima's AI roadmap by identifying high-impact use cases across digital growth, marketing, and operations. · Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, IT, customer service, and external partners to deliver digital solutions and customer journeys · Coordinate testing, rollout, documentation, and training for new digital solutions · Monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and communicate updates to ensure timely delivery **What helps you succeed** · Experience in digital project management, digital service development, and/or e-commerce · Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical specification, and stakeholder management · Understanding of web technologies, integrations, APIs, digital platforms, UX, analytics, and data flows · Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and generative AI applications · Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams · Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Contentful, Jira, Confluence, GA4, PowerBI, or Braze is a plus **Why join Reima?** This is your chance to work where technology meets play.
